Mather Winter Running Club.
Who:
Any Athlete from any sport grades 7-12 wanting to get into shape. Our focus will be to improve your fitness, speed,
and strength.
What we Do: We'll organize into running groups.
We're snow Bunnies. We bundle up (coaches included) and hit the parks and sidewalks logging some conditioning mileage.
After running we head inside for stretching and strength circuits. Thursday is Speedwork day. On Fridays we play
Fitness games.
When: Junior and Seniors (2:30-4:00) Grades
7-10 (3:30-5:00). Meet in the Mather Cafeteria. We meet Monday through Friday December 1st through 18th (thurs).
Then we're off for 2 weeks (but continue your running on your own) and we resume Monday January 5th.
